Boot Camp 7

This week it was pretty straight forward workouts. Basically work as hard as you can, as hard as you can..for as long as you can and stay standing. Haha.

First Workout:

As Many Rounds As Possible for 30 Min. (AMRAP)

15 Kettle Bell Swings (KBS)
13 Release Push ups
11 Lateral Burpees
9 Body Bar squat press
7 Medicine Ball Jump 
5 laps
3 Pull ups
1 Bag push

Whew..that was a doosey.

Workout #2

KBS        Sit Ups      Jump Squats      Push- Ups    Burpees      
50               45               40                     35                 30
               45               40               35                     30                 25               
40               35               30                     25                 20
35               30               25                     20                 15
30               25               20                     15                 10
